How to properly clean the hair of built-up substances?

Cleansing the hair and scalp is nothing more than washing your hair thoroughly from any cosmetic and weather stains. We should have two shampoos in our bathroom: one for everyday hair washing and one for occasional hair cleansing.

Why is it worth cleaning your hair?

Every day, various substances are deposited on our hair: tallow, sweat, care cosmetics, styling cosmetics, oils, dust, minerals from hard water. At some point, your favourite shampoo and daily washing are no longer enough. Hair begins to lose freshness faster, becomes clumpy and flat. This is a sign that they need more cleansing.

Benefits from a thorough hair cleansing:

* remove built-up substances from the hair and give the hair lightness;

* we prepare the hair for further care treatments and increase their effectiveness;

* we restore balance to the hair,

* we reduce oily scalp

How to wash your hair and scalp to cleanse it thoroughly?

Proper cleansing should consist of two steps:

* pre-wash, which loosens dirt (shampoo foams poorly then);

* with proper washing, which washes away all dirt from the hair (the shampoo foams very well then).

We wash our hair and scalp very thoroughly. Massage the scalp with circular movements (do not skip a centimetre!), And when the foam forms - stroke the hair from root to tip. Rinse the shampoo thoroughly under running water, tilting individual strands of hair and massaging the skin.

Reach for a scalp scrub

To enhance the cleansing effect, remove the sebum and dead epidermis from the scalp before washing. For this purpose, it is worth reaching for a scrub specially designed for the scalp. Thanks to exfoliation, the skin will stay fresh longer and the hair at the roots will be less greasy.
